He holds degrees in Accounting and Law and is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association – OAB-SP.

With a career spanning more than 20 years, Crepaldi spent 13 years at a Big Four firm, consistently working on tax, labor, and social security matters, as well as advising on M&A projects and multinational clients.

His main focus is advising foreign and domestic investors on mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side due diligence), tax structuring, and post-deal integrations.

Throughout his career, he has primarily served multinational clients in the food, technology, retail, services, energy, pharmaceutical, automotive, chemical, and other sectors.
