He holds a degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Throughout his career, he has been involved in various valuations, mergers and acquisitions consulting, joint venture negotiations, and business analysis. His valuation work has been crucial in negotiations, regulatory processes, and disputes.
