Roberto is Director in charge of labour, social security and HR areas.

He is majored in Business Administration by PUC-SP, with specialization in Strategic and Economics Management of Human Resources by FGV-SP.

He has experience leading M&A projects, as well as labour, social security, HR and tax consultancy, advising local and international companies and private equity in a very different sectors, such as: mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, automotive, infrastructure, energy, technology, services, telecommunications, retail, financial, pharma, among others.

Roberto has more than 30 years of experience in labour, social security, HR and tax consultancy working on relevant consultancy firms as DTT and PwC in the last 9 years.
