Maurício is a leader for labor and social security areas.

Graduated in Law at FIG-UNIMESP, he has been a lawyer since 2004 and has a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a specialization in Social Security Law from Escola Paulista de Direito.

He has experience leading M&A projects, as well as labor, social security, HR and tax consultancy, advising local and international companies and private equity in a very different sectors, such as: mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, automotive, infrastructure, energy, technology, services, telecommunications, retail, financial, among others.

Maurício has more than 20 years of experience in labor, social security, HR and tax consultancy working on relevant consultancy firms as PwC, during the last 9 years.

He has an extensive experience in M&A, leading more than 300 operations for local and international clients investing in Brazil and  in post-transaction integration processes, corporate structuring focused on labor and HR relations,  labor and social security reviews, consultancy, payroll tax savings, among others.
